The Sponsorship and Activation Executive is a vital role within our marketing team responsible for developing, managing, and executing sponsorship initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and business growth. Reporting to the appropriate manager, this position requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sponsorship, event activation, and marketing. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize sponsorship opportunities and ensure successful event activation.


  • Sponsorship Strategy: Collaborate with the Senior Sponsorship and Activation Manager to develop and implement the sponsorship strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and company objectives.

  • Partnership Identification: Identify potential sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s brand and target audience, including sports, entertainment, community events, and more.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors, negotiating terms, contracts, and deliverables to maximize the mutual benefit of partnerships.

  • Activation Planning: Develop comprehensive activation plans for sponsored events and partnerships, ensuring brand integration, visibility, and engagement opportunities.

  • Event Execution: Oversee the execution of sponsorship activations at events, including logistics, staffing, branding, and consumer engagement activities

  • Measurement and Analysis: Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of sponsorship and activations, providing regular reports to the Senior Sponsorship and Activation Manager and senior leadership.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as PR, Digital, Branded Content, etc and design to ensure alignment of sponsorship and activation efforts with overall marketing campaigns.


  • Project management experience required.
