We are seeking a talented and motivated IT Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our company's information technology systems and applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, evaluate technology solutions, and provide recommendations to enhance our IT capabilities and support business objectives. This role requires a strong technical background, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills.
RESPONSABILITIES:
Systems analysis: Analyze existing IT systems, business processes, and user requirements to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their technology needs, document requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Technology evaluation: Research and evaluate technology solutions, including hardware, software, and third-party services, to determine their suitability for meeting business requirements.
Solution design: Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with IT standards and best practices.
Project management: Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
Change management: Assess the impact of proposed system changes, develop change management plans, and facilitate smooth transitions while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Technical support and issue resolution: Provide technical expertise and support to end users, troubleshoot complex IT issues, and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors to resolve problems.
Documentation and training: Create comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, system configurations, and support guides. Conduct training sessions to educate end users on new systems or processes.
Data analysis and reporting: Extract and analyze data from various systems, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and drive process improvements.
Security and compliance: Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure compliance with industry regulations, identify vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate security measures.
Continuous improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommend innovative solutions to enhance IT applications, and contribute to the development of IT strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, PMP/PMI, Prince2, ITIL) are a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.
Technical skills: Proficiency in systems analysis, data modeling, and system design. Knowledge of enterprise systems, databases, networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and propose effective solutions.
Project management: Experience managing IT projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration and teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and changing business needs.
Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and system configurations.
Customer service orientation: Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering excellent service and user satisfaction.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Flexibility on working hours
Might need to work during weekends during critical system releases
Commuting between different company buildings
Rarely need of travelling
