We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead the financial department here at OneFootball. You will be responsible for all elements of finance and will be tasked with helping us to improve everything from processes through to implementing new technology to enable the department to be more efficient.
Your Role
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Oversee day-to-day financial operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax compliance)
Manage and oversee the month end financial accounts process, including full production of management accounts
Optimise cash flow management by implementing and driving Netsuit as a tool
Producing the financial statements including balance sheet, cash flows and P&L
Effectively partner with the Executive/Senior Leadership teams
Your Profile:
Proven and demonstrable leadership skills working within a fast paced organisation (startup experience ideal).
Highly experienced across all areas of finance with a drive for excellence and constant improvement.
Ability to support activities of others, including coaching, training, guiding, developing, and managing.
Ability to perform financial planning and budget preparation tasks, as needed.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with funding rounds would be highly advantageous.
English and German speaking skills are essential.
